Every student at Vietnam Tinh Hoa is part of The Futures Institute programme. It is not a stream, an elective, or an add-on. It is the school’s core learning identity — the pedagogy through which every subject, every project, and every inquiry is taught.
Students learn to understand the world as a set of interconnected living systems — and to see themselves as agents who can regenerate, repair, and improve those systems.
In VNTH’s Dual Language classrooms, two teachers work together in the same learning space:
One native English speaker and one native Vietnamese speaker. They plan and lead instruction together, so both languages are used naturally, accurately and intentionally during the learning process.
Every teacher at Vietnam Tinh Hoa is a practitioner-researcher — continuously developing their practice through the professional development framework co-designed with Regenerating Education and Harvard Project Zero. Teachers do not deliver curriculum. They design learning experiences, observe student thinking, and refine their practice in response to evidence.
