Việt Nam từ lâu đã nuôi dưỡng những trí tuệ xuất chúng. Câu hỏi chưa bao giờ nằm ở tiềm năng của trẻ em Việt Nam, mà ở việc liệu đã có một ngôi trường thực sự xứng đáng với các em hay chưa.

Tầm nhìn, sứ mệnh và các giá trị cốt lõi chính là nền tảng định hình Việt Nam Tinh Hoa: một ngôi trường quy mô tinh gọn dành cho học sinh từ Mẫu giáo đến Lớp 7, với lộ trình phát triển rõ ràng hướng đến hệ thống giáo dục liên thông K–12. Mô hình nhà trường được xây dựng xoay quanh sự phát triển của từng học sinh thay vì một khuôn mẫu cố định, dựa trên nền tảng học thuật vững chắc của IB và được phát triển thông qua sự hợp tác chuyên môn với ReGenerating Education và Harvard Project Zero, cùng những đóng góp học thuật từ Stanford d.school và MIT Media Lab.
